Customer service made the difference
Love the Flex sweater. Have the pink then ordered the gray but it had a hole perfectly centered in the front. Resolution was excellent but I now do not have a gray sweater and there are no more available. I am trying to find a reweaver to repair , fingers crossed it ultimately will be wearable.

Fabulous travel sweater!
I bought two of these for a trip to Japan. I’m in Japan now and these two have been my go to’s It is the perfect weight for many temperatures. It can be worn alone or with something under or over it. It is extremely light weight, looks way better than the standard cover up and easy to care for.

Wonderful Merino Sweater
I'm extremely pleased with this sweater. It is hard to find a nice merino crew sweater, and this blend with a bit of nylon is perfect. I originally sized up based on reviews, but that was too large. I ended up exchanging for my normal size per the size chart. I like the shorter length - it is just right for us shorter gals who can't wear the longer lengths that seem to be the style now.

Great fabric, light airy and soft
Love the fabric however fits small. Wear medium in all PM tops but this fits as if it were a small and it's short.
