Best golf jacket ever!
Hard to believe this jacket is waterproof. It is so soft! Love the look and feel. Lightweight but warm if you need warmth but not hot if you just need a light jacket. Incredible!

As advertised, you will be happy with this Jacket
Fits great, looks great (I got white/grey), quality seems up to PM standards (Haven't worn this in any rain yet so can't speak to how well it repels water...it isn't waterproof but it isn't advertised as waterproof, just water repellent).

Upon Further Review.....
The XL, while was a better fit around the waist, the length was short and the chest/shoulders were tight. Order both sizes and see what works best for your build. The 3 rating solely based on fit and the (still) lack of high quality zipper.

The play is under further eview
I bought this jacket at a high end, bucket list type of well known resort course with the course logo. I am typically an XL for PM polos and XXL for outwear/jackets/vests. I bought the XXL but feel it's too long and with too much room in the middle. Fortunately I'm nearby and can try on the XL and see if the XL is a better fit for me.
Otherwise, I love the materials although PM has yet to up it's zipper game. Once I'm satisfied with the fit I'd give it a five with an asterisk for the cheap zipper.

The 1 negative review isn’t even about this jacket so ignore it. This is warmer than the Merge Elite Hybrid and fills an obvious hole in their lineup. They really needed something with insulation on the front and back and this is perfect. If you wish the Merge Elite Hybrid has warmer and was too breezy on the back in the cold, try this instead.

Very poor service
I ordered a Merge Hybrid Jacket in the sale. After over a week I contacted PM re expected delivery date only to be told that item was out of stock. As a result I was then unable to buy a similar product in the sale. To-date I have not received an explanation as to why they did not contact me earlier (and left it to me to contact them). I asked if they would honour the order by providing a substantial discount from a now full price similar item. This was refused and a counter offer made which would mean a payment of over 2.5 times my original payment. Not the service or attitude I’d expect of a so called ‘premium’ brand.
