Customer Service is Terrible
I made three different order and was charged for all of them and have only received ine of my orders. I tried customer service live chat and when it said it would send me to a live soppoet specialist it never happened. I then send an email to their customer service and the reply was "Its a busy time of year so allow five business days for a response." Seriously?! Amazon can send me a package overnight and it can be on my doorstep the next morning, and Peter Millar can't reply to an email in 5 days?
