• Can I return an online purchase at a Peter Millar Store?

  At this time all purchases made online must be returned through petermillar.co.uk. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns of items purchased through a third-party retailer (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, golf shops or specialty retailers).

• How long will it take to get my refund?

  You will receive a refund within 7 business days after we receive your return shipment. It may take an additional 3 business days for your bank to post your refund.

• What if I do not have my original paperwork? Can I still make a return?

  Absolutely! Online refunds will defer to account history to determine the price paid and refund amount. Please follow the instructions in our 'Making a Return?' tab to return the shipment for processing.
